What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you respond to a survey or fill out a form. We also collect information about how you use our site by employing Google Analytics. Google Analytics anonymously tracks your movement within our site, and beyond with the use of cookies. Google has been tracking your web activity from the very first time you visited their search engine, saw one of their display ads, or visited another site that employs Google Analytics. They only share with us anonymous information about your time on our site. Your web activities beyond our site are not shared with us.
When sending a message through our contact form you may be asked for the following:
Name,
e-mail address,
Mailing address,
Phone number.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
To improve our website.
(we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you)
To improve customer service.
(your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs)
To respond to your request for information.
Do we honor “Do Not Track” browser requests?
No. Our website does not support or comply with “Do Not Track” requests sent by your browser. If you do not want us to have any information about how to contact you, please do not fill our form.
Do third parties track your internet usage?
Definately, but nobody we have any deals with. We have no agreements enabling third parties to track any information you submit to us, nor do we willingly share your information with any other company. The NSA and Google will collect whatever they want regardless of your constitutional rights and if you have a problem with that, you’ll have to take it up with them. California requires us to disclose whether “other parties” collect personally identifiable information regarding your “online activities over time and across different websites when a consumer uses the operator’s website or service.” If you have a Google account and access this site, you trigger Google’s Analytics which will connect your personal information to your use of our site within Google’s system and they will do what they want with that information. The NSA has injected spyware into every major internet switch to monitor our internet activity as well as placed backdoors on your phones and computer systems (unless you use Ubuntu). This means that the NSA can collect whatever data they want and give it to whomever they want with impunity. Google is so ubiquitous that they are almost as bad. We have no access to any information collected by Google or the NSA, nor is there anything we can do to stop them. We recommend you read and understand your Google Account’s usage agreement regarding this issue, and generally be a good citizen to avoid the ire of the NSA. Remember; there is no privacy on the internet despite the fact that you can access it in your underpants. You can thank California for this little PSA.
Do we use cookies?
Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.
We use cookies to compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
